Preschool Party

Today Little Man had his 3 year old preschool class' Christmas party! The kids are so darn cute!! They had a blast helping open their teacher gifts that they helped "buy" and fun opening the book their teachers gave them! Little Man loves his teachers especially Miss "J" as did Tank(who had her two years ago).Boomer and Tank also had Miss "J"'s mother who teaches in the 4 yr old room next door. We have been around this school since Boomer was 3!! We just love them! I can't believe my baby is 1/2 way through his first year of school! Wow how time flies!

Quick Breakfast take 2....

I decided to post one more breakfast item we have on hand at a moments notice! We call them breakfast buns. They are delicious and fairly nutritious! They are made of refrigerated biscuits, eggs, cheese, hash browns and bacon! I made a new batch that makes a ton!!! Here is a step by step to these great breakfast treats!!
 12 eggs, Scrambled and cooked
 Hash browns- cooked
 One container or bacon
One case plus two additional cans for Biscuits-flattened and stretched

One pack of favorite cheese
Layering time! Cheese then hash browns then eggs then bacon.
Keep repeating until you have made as many as you can handle!!! We made 6 tubes of biscuits!!

YUMMMMMM!!!!! Ready from the freezer in less than 35 seconds!!! I serve one for kids and two per adult!! Also, adapt to make pizza buns, chicken buns, french dip buns etc!

It's feeding time at the Zoo...or I mean house! LOL!

These days my kids are eating me out of house and home! I had to document what we go through in one week.  Between snacks for school , snacks after school, snacks after swim practice and snacks in between are in a full feeding frenzy! Boy oh boy how they can eat!! I know with three boys by pantry must always be stocked, but watch out for lil miss Boomer....she is a snack attacker too!! :) Just look at the full stove of food for my clan. One week folks of snacks.....just snacks!

Cue the tree...

We put up the Christmas tree this past weekend and boy were the kids excited. It is so fun to see it through their eyes. Luckily, I captured some of just that!!
